Saturday Schedule
The Church Wedding Ceremony
2:30pm: Marriage service starts. Please arrive at the church fifteen minutes before the service is scheduled to start, to ensure a smooth transition into the Church on time.
3:20-3:30pm: Marriage service ends. Close family, bridal party and groom party to stay for photographs at the church. Remaining guests make their way to The Old Rectory, East Portlemouth, for the reception.

After the Ceremony
4-6pm: Cocktail hour. Enjoy some canapés with a personalised ‘Anna’ or ‘Xavi’ cocktail, some champagne, or a soft drink including tea and coffee. Make sure to leave us a message on our interactive guest wall, on the back of a polaroid picture. During this time, we will also be doing our gong ceremony where we exchange our personal vows.
6pm : Vin d’honneur (French toast), cake cutting ceremony and bouquet toss. Wine will be served for the toast.
6:20pm: Guests are seated for the wedding dinner.
6:30pm: Main course is served followed by dessert.
20:00: Speeches. Champagne will be served for the speeches.
20:30: Meal and speeches finished, bar will open serving beers, wines and some select spirits.
20:45: First dance.
20:50: Band starts first set.
22:00: Band starts second set.
22:45: Band finishes, DJ starts! Dancing till late…
